Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators
Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing congressional release.
